Hello! I’m Winnie, the tortie and white and I’m here with my brother Wilf who’s black and white.
Can you help us find a forever home? We’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find it. We’ve been in a cat pen for nearly half our lives, we’re 1 now…that’s ages! Foster mum is really kind, and plays with us as much as she can, but we’d really like to get out and play properly soon!
We’re both really affectionate. We’ve got to get to know you first of course, and Wilf takes a smidge longer, but once we know we’re staying you’ll see how friendly and playful we are!
Wilf is a bit of a fusspot with his food and is on a special diet. Foster mum says it’s no more expensive than decent quality food anyway, so it’s no bother. Secretly, I think it’s just Wilf being a big baby, but that’s brothers for you, I guess!
We’re hoping for a quiet home with no other pets or small children so we can get our chance to shine. We’re neutered and have been thoroughly checked by a vet.
Please will you come and visit us soon?

These two gorgeous cats are being fostered by me again. They are back in care through no fault of their own. They have spent quite a lot of their lives living in a pen, sadly. They are both adorable.Winnie is very laid back, so affectionate and happy all the time. She lays across my shoulders rubbing her head against mine, purring as loud as possible into my ear!! She loves to play with toys and with her brother Wilf. She likes to sit on my lap for a cuddle…shes a real poppet.
Wilf is a big softie. He loves a cuddle, and will lie in my arms purring for ages as long as Im giving him a tickle! He certainly likes attention, is a bit more vocal than his sister……just to make sure you dont forget hes there!! He loves my lap too!
His tummy is fine all the time he is on sensitive food. The dry food he eats is available online and Ive worked out it costs approx 68p a day to feed him..it really is no bother.
Please consider these two. They are young, bright, funny little things and will bring so much pleasure given a chance
Oh Karen I can’t believe these dear little souls are back in care again – how sad! I do hope somebody comes along soon to give them a lovely caring home.
I’m still hoping for the lottery to come up and then I’m going to buy a house with an enormous garden and take all the unwanted purrballs away with me!

PLEASE PLEASE please anyone thinking about adopting any of our gorgeous cats, please consider Wilf and Winnie! They are still available. They have been waiting for quite some time now and it is about time they lived in a proper home again instead of a pen. They are absolute darlings, both have a really gentle loving nature and are lively and funny!! They are beautiful!! Please someone give them a chance!!!
I am appealing yet again for these two beautiful cats. They have now been in a cat pen for FOURTEEN weeks!! I cant believe they havent been adopted yet. They are so adorable.
Winnie is a purr box, she never stops, such a laid back gentle soul with so much love to give. She is happy to lay by your side or on your lap.She is a very content little girl.
Wilf is an active boy, always on the go.He loves any attention he can get.He is also very loving.
Being in a pen in my garden is very tough for them after all this time. They have missed all of the summer. They can see my own cats in the garden, and they have had to sit watching them from behind the mesh of their pen.
Its heartbreaking that they are still in foster care, when they should be enjoying normal life as part of a family. They keep getting over looked, and its so unfair on them.PLEASE PLEASE consider them!!!
These two cats look beautiful and really deserve a new life. Would they get on with another young cat who likes other cats? Also, how would they cope with a seven and five year old who have been used to cats all their lives and are used to other animals that they visit?
Hi Paula, I think Wilf and Winnie would be fine with another cat as they are always showing a lot of interest in my own cats.I must be honest and say that I am not sure that they would get on with very young children, well, Wilf in particular. They had a visit from two children recently, and Wilf was very scared, but the children were slightly younger than your two,so you never know.
If you are still interested please could you fill out a homing enquiry form and we will then be in touch as soon as possible. Thanks for your interest in these beautiful cats.
I have filled in a form. Hopefully Wilf may be alright. Fingers crossed it may work out.
Wilf and Winnie are still waiting for a forever home……please can anyone help?
Hello Karen
We will be ready to rehome a cat (or 2!)from 19th September onwards and think we could offer a good home to Wilf and Winnie. We’re both middle aged, one of us is retired and we have shared our home with at least one cat since 1978. I know it is very short notice but we’d be able to meet the cats to see if they like us tomorrow afternoon (saturday 8th September)
Thanks for your message.I have sent you an email with my telephone number. If you want to phone me this evening, we can arrange you coming to visit Wilf and Winnie tomorrow.I look forward to hearing from you.
Wilf and Winnie are now reserved
So pleased to say that these beautiful cats have finally gone to their new home today. They have a wonderful new Mummy and Daddy, and Im so happy for them. After being in foster care for half of their lives, they finally have their forever home
Bless you Wilf and Winnie x
I’m so thrilled that these two little darlings have finally got a lovely new family and home, I know their foster Mum loved them dearly but they did soooooooo deserve a proper home and family of their own.
