Gertie (or Gerthie as we affectionately call her due to her barrel tummy) came to us with her sister Tilly due to a change of circumstances with their previous owners however they will not be rehomed together.
Gertie is an absolute sweetheart, quite timid at first but once she gets used to you she is a lovely lap cat and attention seeker. She will happily sit on your lap or next to you for as long as you are sitting and gently tap her paw on you if you aren’t paying her enough attention.
She is quite a happy cat, like any older teenager likes to sleep but is full of character when up and about. A home with no young children or dogs would be preferred, however she could get along with another friendly cat as she is used to living in a multi-cat home.
