Dorothy is a very pretty 3 year old female cat – here is a word from her fosterer about Dorothy:
“Introducing Dorothy…a sweet little lady who came to me needing lots of love and attention.
A typical Tortie, she loves attention but lets you know when she has had enough by gently tapping your hand. Fortunately, grooming is a treat for her as she has a long coat which needs daily attention. There seems to be no sign of aggression there at all.
Being a clever young lady she soon realised where her food was kept and regularly runs to the cupboard asking for more. Dorothy was very thin when she came to me on Easter Sunday but is gradually putting on weight. At present she is a bit preoccupied with food but that could be because she has been a stray not knowing where her next meal was coming from.
In the morning she greets me with a little chirrup as if to say good morning. Dorothy is fully house trained and uses her litter tray daily.
Dorothy likes to sit on my lap for cuddles but when she starts to flick her tail, I know she has had enough stroking so I just let her quietly lie there.”
We suggest she is not homed with very young children or dogs but should be ok with other cats.
