This is Bruno; is a large, handsome cat with a marvellous coat and tail. The photos don’t really do his looks justice, but he is really not one for posing for the camera!
Bruno was found living rough and was very frightened of people when he first came into care. He may well have spent his entire life living outside, and may never adjust to living indoors as part of a human family, so he will need a special home.
He is gradually realising that people are not to be so much feared as he had apparently always assumed. That said, the ideal home for him is likely to be an outdoor home where he can do his own thing. A rural environment offering safe, dry shelter would probably be ideal. Like any other cat, though, he will still need to be fed on a daily basis, and will need veterinary treatment as and when required.
We are not sure of his age, but this is estimated at between 5 and 9 years.
Can you offer this handsome boy a home?

what a dude!
Absolute stunner! I really hope he learns to trust people – it would be such a shame for him to go through life without knowing the joy of a comfy lap and loving strokes
jx
I am trying desperatly to help find this guy a home. i had lilly lou when she was at this stage but she was accepting of being picked up after 4 months. shes now a lap cat… so yes… Bruno listen to this story and realise we arnt going to hurt you and then u can live with people xx
Wow Charlie!! Watta Pusskins he truly is – with his own laptop and internet…….lol !!!
I’ve been feeding a similar ‘boy’ outside for one whole year now, since Bella went missing last year (one year ago!!). He’s very special too and I’d love to find him another home, as if I move house, I can’t get hold of him to move with or get into CPL either!!
I’ve called him Boysie (aka Only Fools and Horses!) and yes, he’s becoming very, very brave and comes in the catflap overnight and upstairs where my 2 girls are sleeping on my bed – I get awoken by much growling from the girls!!!!!
So, yes, it can be done, but takes a very, very long long time xxx
Bruno has now got a new home to go to
